Cameron Wrap Dress

This versatile dress design is a unique twist on the classic wrap dress. There are three darts in the front panels to shape the fabric around the bust & to avoid excess fabric bunching up too much. The Cameron Wrap Dress has a kimono style collar, which is curved so it lays flat on the neckline, and features two sleeve and skirt length options. Sleeve view A is a regular, straight sleeve, for a clean and classic look. Sleeve view B is a gathered sleeve with a cuff that ties into a bow. It’s flirty, fun, and adds a playful twist to your dress. There are several options included in this pattern to tailor it to your taste. You will find the pattern pieces for these options in the ‘pattern hack files’.  

Size inclusivity is an important value for Sycamore Road Patterns. The Cameron has two size ranges. The plus size range has an extra dart in the skirt front panel to accomodate for curvier figures. Sizing goes from a 30.5’’ to a 60’’ bust measurement. 

The dress can be tied at the side and at the back. 

Recommended fabrics: woven, light to medium weight. Cotton, linen, silk, viscose etc are all good options, depending on the look you want. 

Sizing goes from a US 2-34.
